At Helios, we ship Nigerian staples across Australia. Because many of our products are sold in 5kg and 10kg packs, shipping is based on order weight rather than order value.
Shipping Rates
Current shipping rates are:
Up to 20kg: $25
20 - 40kg: $50
40 - 60kg: $75
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Why Is Shipping Weight-Based?
Many Helios orders contain multiple 5kg and 10kg products, which means a typical order can be significantly heavier than most online purchases.
Our shipping rates are designed to help cover the cost of transporting orders across Australia.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience unexpected delays, we’ll contact you by email.
Delivery Times
Australia
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Sydney Pickup
We offer free pickup from Leichhardt, Sydney. Available pickup windows are provided in your confirmation email.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
P.O. Boxes
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business street address at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@heliosph.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged items
We’ll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@heliosph.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
