Helios Brown Beans are Oloyin beans grown in Nigeria and sourced from smallholder farms. Naturally creamy with a subtle sweetness, they cook beautifully for beans and plantain, akara, moi moi, bean porridge, stews, and everyday meals.

Preparation note: Our Oloyin beans are parboiled to meet Australian biosecurity requirements. This can loosen some bean skins, so fine particles may settle in the bag during transit. Rinse with cold water before cooking as usual.
